Summit County is breathtaking for all the right reasons, and to keep it from venturing anywhere close to the wrong reasons, we were tasked with spreading the word about proper waste disposal to its 30,000+ residents. Topics included proper glass and mattress recycling, compostable food waste, and Summit County’s brand new recycling center. Fun, right? But how do you make so many people, with so many differing interests, care about one specific topic? We embraced the melting pot, and used it to SC’s advantage by spearheading a movement. After all, there’s power in numbers. We started out by identifying the unique individuals that make up this bustling mountain community. We then combined their dynamic force to create a collective cause. Let’s keep Summit County as beautiful and pristine as it was before we got here! We created a series of messaging platforms utilizing stencil-style typography and big, bold, clean design choices to help bring the message home.
